As part of the ongoing migration of the DoDI 5000.02 attachments, OSD(A&S) issued DoDI 5000.84 (Analysis of Alternatives) and DoDI 5000.85 (Major Capability Acquisition) this week. Both documents are available from the Docs Under Review tab of the APM. We will incorporate these documents into the APM as soon as possible.
