On 21 October 2019, the DoDI 5000.02 incorporated Change 5. Change 5 removed paragraph 6.a.(4) of Enclosure 2 in accordance with DoDI 5010.44 Intellectual Property (IP) Acquisition and Licensing.
DoDI 5010.44 is currently under review by the APM team and should be incorporated before the end of November 2019.
